Gregg F. Stewart founded Rinnovo Management in 2006 to facilitate business transformation, turnaround and improvement to expedite successful corporate renewal. As an objective expert, Mr. Stewart rapidly completes situational assessments, identifies challenges, and designs and executes solutions that are not often visible to others. Mr. Stewart is adept at aligning and building consensus among all shareholders – lenders, financial sponsors, management, employees, customers and suppliers.

Mr. Stewart’s experience as a former operator allows him to take charge, execute and deliver – rather than merely consult – utilizing a hands on approach and becoming an extension of the client’s team. He is a determined, analytical, outcome-driven leader with a clear sense of urgency and purpose when faced with diverse situational challenges. He is acknowledged as an articulate and persuasive communicator, skilled negotiator and superior relationship-builder with established credibility and integrity. His strong project management skills and network of appropriate experts provides additional project resources. Mr. Stewart also has access to a variety of lenders and private capital.

Since founding Rinnovo, Mr. Stewart has performed numerous engagements that include interim leadership, crisis and turnaround management, operational and financial restructurings, financial advisory, due diligence, operational assessments and performance improvement.

Prior to founding Rinnovo, from 2002 to 2006, Mr. Stewart worked for a national operationally focused advisory firm, providing turnaround, crisis and interim management and capital advisory services to middle market companies. He served in the capacity of both financial advisor and in direct management positions to assess strategy, business plans and operations, and execute actions required to significantly improve profit performance and cash flow.

Before entering into consulting, Mr. Stewart spent 20 years as a senior financial and operations executive in a mix of public and private large corporate and middle market companies.

Mr. Stewart holds a B.S. from Marquette University where he majored in Accounting. In addition, he earned a CPA designation from the State of Virginia. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida and Association for Corporate Growth.
